Man Charged with Reckless Driving in Rte. 123 Crash

Four-vehicle crash on Chain Bridge Road in Oakton sends two to hospital

A man was charged with reckless driving Tuesday after he disregarded a stop sign, causing a four-vehicle crash during rush hour at the intersection of Chain Bridge Road and Blake Lane, police said. Fairfax County Police charged Hyeong Suh, 23, with reckless driving. Police did not have Suh's address noted in the police report, said Officer Bud Walker, spokesperson for FCPD. The crash sent two of the four drivers involved to Fairfax Inova Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Walker said. At about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Suh was driving his 1997 Nissan Altima when he disregarded the stop sign on Blake Lane near Santini's and struck a 2008 Jeep in the right lane of northbound Chain Bridge Road (Route 123). The Jeep went airborne, and …

UPDATE: Police Say Two Injured in Four-Vehicle Crash

Dispatcher reports all injuries are not life-threatening

UPDATE (noon Wednesday): Fairfax County Police said four vehicles — not three — were involved in Tuesday's crash. Also, two victims were sent to the hospital, not three as originally reported.
