Week Ahead: Board of Supervisors Meeting, Mall-O-Ween, Halloween Party

The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors meets starting at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the government center on 12000 Government Center Parkway. View the agenda online. 

The Domestic Violence Action Center is hosting a fundraiser in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday at the Buffalo Wing Factory at the Greenbriar Shopping Center on 3067 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway in Chantilly. Ten percent of all designated dine-in and carry-out recipes will go toward raising money for families impacted by domestic violence.

The Burke Community Library is hosting a Halloween Party from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Halloween. Wear a costume, play games, and more.

Don’t want to trick-or-treat outside? The Fair Oaks Mall’s annual Mall-O-Ween event is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Halloween. Most of the mall’s 200 stores will give out treats from their store fronts.
