Huskies Net Hard-Fought Victory Against Georgetown Day, 66-47

The team's next game will pit them against Potomac School.

The Huskies defeated Georgetown Day School at home Wednesday night, 66-47.

Flint Hill's boys basketball team rebounded from a seven-point deficit in the first half for their hard-fought victory, said coach Rico Reed. The team outscored their opponent in the third period.

Junior guard Matt Kennedy led Flint Hill with 13 points including three 3-point field goals. Other standouts, junior Britton Anderson and sophomore Sam Worman,Β scored 11 and 10 points, respectively. Worman also caught seven rebounds.Β

The Huskies will take on Potomac School Friday at 7:15 p.m.
