Football: Friday Game Nominated for Fox 5 Game of the Week
Oakton's homecoming game could be featured with the help of voters
This Friday's Oakton Cougar homecoming game is up for Fox 5's Game of the Week.
The undefeated Cougars will play host to Lee High at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
If the Cougars win the vote, Fox 5 will send a news crew to air live shots before the game and feature highlights on Fox 5 News, with extended coverage on myfoxdc.com.

The matchup has been pitted against four other games: Centreville at Hayfield, Hylton at Gar-Field, Stonewall Jackson at Battlefield, and Tuscarora at Briar Woods.
As of 11:55 a.m. Monday, the Oakton-Lee game is in the lead with 4,280 votes (48 percent) of the vote. The Briar Woods-Tuscarora game is close behind with 3,784 votes (42.5 percent).
