I'm Cured...Now What? Conference for Teen/Young Adult Survivors of Childhood Cancer & Their Parents
This conference focuses on medical and psychosocial concerns facing teens and young adults after treatment for childhood cancer. The purpose is to provide information on the long term effects of treatment and other issues so that survivors will be better able to advocate for themselves and lead healthy and productive lives. This conference is being sponsored by Life with Cancer. We wish to thank The Elsie and Marvin Dekelboum Family Foundation for their generous support of Life with Cancer's Programs for Children and Teens.
