Oakton High Student Elected to Key Club's Board of Trustees

An Oakton High School student has been elected to the Key Club’s international board of trustees. 

Eric Yoon of Oakton High School was elected as an international trustee. The Key Club is an international service student organization and the high school branch of the Kiwanis Club.

Yoon will help define the administrative policies of the group and maintain communication with leaders of the districts to which he is assigned, according to a press release from Fairfax County Public Schools.

Raeford Penny, a student at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJHSST), was elected international president of the organization.

Penny and Yoon belong to Key Clubs sponsored by the local Kiwanis Club of Fairfax, according to FCPS.
