Federal Employees Group Presents Plaque to Wolf
William Shackelford and William Schmidt, representatives of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association and its Virginia Federation of Chapters, gave the plaque to Wolf on July 26.
The Coalition for Effective Change presented Rep. Frank Wolf (R-10th District) with a plaque July 26, thanking him for his support of federal employees.
The National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Association is a member of this coalition, which comprises more than 30 government associations.
Wolf accepted the award at his office in the Cannon House Office Building. Representing NARFE and the Virginia Federation of Chapters (VFC) of NARFE were VFC Past President William Shackelford and current VFC Secretary William Schmidt, both 10th District constituents and Centreville residents.
