Vienna Police Arrest Oakton Man for DWI

Stephen Zander fails field sobriety tests at a traffic stop on Courthouse Road, police say

An Oakton man was arrested last week for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop in Vienna, according to the Vienna Police Department's weekly police highlights.

Stephen Kasraie Zander, 25, of Oak Plank Court in Oakton, was arrested after failing field sobriety tests during a traffic stop on the 9600 block of Courthouse Road SW around 1:49 a.m. Sept. 3.

Zander was transported to the Vienna Police Department for breath analysis, then transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving while intoxicated and held on a $2,500 bond, according to the report.
