A federal jury in Fairfax County earlier this year. Edward Martin Andrews, 47, was arrested after committing a robbery June 8 at the Oakton BB&T branch on Chain Bridge Road. A chase ensued into Washington, D.C., with a police cruiser, sending two bystanders and the suspect to the hospital.
