Oakton Police Log 5/19

John Michael Terhune, 19, of 10300 Appalachian Trail in Oakton, ran through Eakin Community Park in Fairfax naked and then resisted arrest, police said.

Terhune was released from the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center after posting a $4,000 bond. A court date has been set for June 8.

In a separate case, charges of rape and sodomy of a victim less than 13 years old were added to an already existing case against Russell Rajan Millis, 25, of 9922 Oak Creek Place in Oakton.

Millis is currently being held with no bond in the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and has two other charges of rape and sodomy against him. A court date has been set for Aug. 22.
