Accident left a Jeep overturned

UPDATE March 30: Sheila Ryan, 68, of Oakton, has been charged with failure to pay full time and attention after a crash on Route 123 that left a 2011 Jeep Patriot overturned.

Driving a 2010 Nissan Altima, Ryan pulled onto Rte. 123 from Hibbard Street, crashing into the Jeep traveling southbound on Rte. 123, later claiming she did not see the Jeep coming, said Officer Don Gotthardt, a spokesman for Fairfax County Police.

The Altima struck the Jeep in the right rear near the tire, causing the Jeep to roll over, Gotthardt said.
