Teacher Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography: Detectives arrested Robert C. Fenn, 26, of 3031 Emerald Chase Drive in Herndon on Tuesday, June 12. This concluded a week-long joint investigation with members of the Fairfax County Police Department Child Exploitation Unit and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents. Fenn was arrested at Poplar Tree Elementary School in Chantilly and charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography. Click here to read Chantilly Patch's article on this arrest.
