Larcenies reported on Wednesday:

13000 block of Cobble Lane in Clifton: tools were reported stolen from vehicle

3000 block of Rittenhouse Circle in Fairfax: a cell phone was reported stolen from a business

Stolen car:

11700 block of Fair Oaks Shopping Center in Fairfax: 2012 Chevy Suburban
