ROBBERY, 11200 block of James Swart Circle, 8/13/13, 2:20 a.m. A 24-year-old man was entering his car when another man allegedly demanded the vehicle and assaulted the victim. Following an investigation, James Welch, 38, of New Jersey, was charged with carjacking and being drunk in public.
