The Otter divers are off and running, dominating Highlands Swim in the first meet of the summer on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at home, with a score of 43-28. Five Otter divers took first place in their respective categories: Haley Liddell in Freshman Girls with a score of 67.10; Lexi Pierce in Junior Girls with a score of 91.35; Blaise Wuest in Junior Boys with a score of 75.70; Liam Klopfenstein in Intermediate Boys with a score of 134.30; Elana Colbert in Senior Girls with a score of 169.60. The Otters also swept the top three places for Freshman Girls (Claire Newberry, 2nd; Molly Kenefick, 3rd). The other Otter divers who placed were: Sarah Gurley (Junior Girls, 2nd), Mackenzie Brennan (Intermediate Girls, 2nd), Brad Burgeson (Intermediate Boys, 2nd), Julia Powell (Senior Girls, 3rd), James Crowley (Senior Boys, 2nd), and Grant Newberry (Senior Boys, 3rd). Also, the Freshman divers had a huge showing at the meet with 10 Freshman Boys and Girls diving for the Otters!
