Oakton Church Seeks Help Packaging Meals for the Hungry

The event is on Jan. 26.

Oakton’s Vale United Methodist Church Christmas Christmas tree sale helped them buy 50,000 meals for the hungry.

They sold 410 trees to support Stop Hunger Now, a global relief organization that provides meals to families all over the world.

The church is now asking for volunteers to help package and prepare the meals for delivery.
