“The Boy Friend,” by Sandy Wilson, is a fun, romantic spoof of 1920s musical comedy.
Set in the French Riviera at Mme Dubonnet’s Finishing School, the show’s many memorable roles include Mme Dubonnet, an English heiress attending the school named Polly, a delivery boy named Tony who is more than what he seems, and the school’s other boy-crazy students.
You won’t want to miss this tongue-in-cheek 1920s romp that shows the Jazz Age lives on!
The performances are May 3-4 and 10-11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Olson Theater at Flint Hill School. The address for the Olson Theater is 10410 Academic Drive, Oakton, Virginia.
Admission is free with reservations. Reservations can be made here.
