Buy a Christmas Tree from Vale Church in Oakton—and Feed 120 People!

Vale United Methodist Church of Oakton invites the community to visit our Christmas tree lot, which is now open for business. Proceeds from the tree sale will be donated to the global relief organization Stop Hunger Now (www.stophungernow.org). Our goal is to raise funds for 50,000 meals!

An average sized/priced tree purchased from Vale's tree lot will enable Stop Hunger Now to deliver 120 life-saving meals to hungry children and families around the world. So, in addition to getting a high-quality, freshly cut tree to adorn your home or office, you are making a tangible difference in the lives of others.

We will have many beautiful and freshly cut trees on display for you to choose from, as well as lovely wreaths and pine roping for decorating, all from a mountaintop farm in southwestern Virginia. Enjoy free hot cider and cookies while you pick out just the right tree for your family. And then we can help you load your tree onto your car—or deliver it to your home (for additional charge).

Vale Church is the “little white church” located at the corner of Vale Road and Fox Mill Road in Oakton (11528 Vale Road, Oakton). The tree lot is open weeknights from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sundays from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. For more information, call (703) 620-2594 or email vale.church@verizon.net.
