A woman was driving when she saw a man expose himself near the Fair Lakes area, according to police.
She was driving along the 12000 block of Pender Creek Circle on Thursday when she spotted the man, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.
The man was described as in his 40s and about 6 feet tall. No other information about the incident was provided.
