Highest Sold Homes – Oakton & Fairfax: November

A new home located in the Westoaks subdivision, the home at 3355 V Lane had the highest sales price of all homes in Oakton this November, selling for $1,550,000.  The three highest listings sold for all of Fairfax County in November 2013:

1. 913 Douglass Drive, McLean, VA - Selling Price: $2,775,000

2. 502 River Bend Road, Great Falls, VA – Selling Price: $2,075,000
