  4. Register now for Rocknoceros Presents: Colonel Purple Turtle. The band Rocknoceros make music for children and their parents. The show at the Oakton Library is from 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. on September 28 at the library on 10304 Lynnhaven Place. 
  5. Mark your calendars: The 38th Annual Fairfax County Public Schools College Fair will take place on October 20th at the Fair Oaks Mall.
